Update News: Dispatch Center Mode
One of the biggest updates this year. With this update, we’re finally bringing you our dispatch center mode, which we’ve been working on, testing, and trying out a wide range of technologies for over a year. Dispatch center mode is free for all players, even without PRO.
Important: All players who currently have an active PRO status were credited with 200 coins at release to test voice mode. This is compensation, since the game mode was originally planned for PRO users only, but is now available to everyone.
Dispatch center mode was meant to be part of RescueOperator from the very beginning. We wanted to be able to answer emergency calls and dispatch our units as interactively and immersively as possible.
We came up with two models for the emergency call system. There’s a text mode. You speak (or type) and get personalized answers to your questions. This gives you the feeling of being on a call, and it’s completely free. The voice mode, also known as phone mode: Here, you have a live phone conversation and get spoken answers to your questions, as if the caller were actually on the phone.
The problem with phone mode is the cost. AI language models are quite expensive to use. That's why we've built our own system over the past few months to reduce the cost from an initial 12 cents per minute to just 2 cents per minute. Nevertheless, an hour of phone calls costs about one euro.
Over the next few months, we'll continue working to reduce the costs.
New “Comic Style” map layer
The map now shows elevation changes such as mountains and hills
Fires are now shown on the map with flames and smoke
Interactive tutorial mode for all game modes
Performance improvements when there are many vehicles on the map
If you wish, you can now see the approximate arrival time of vehicles on the map
Game names can now be edited after creation
Games in Sandbox or Dispatch mode can now be created from templates or existing games, so you don't have to start from scratch
Enjoy this update

It is now possible for incidents to require breathing apparatus even when there is no fire. Likewise, incidents may not require breathing apparatus (such as field fires). A new indicator for this has been added to the mission.
Control center levels extended up to level 10.
Patients can no longer die once at least one vehicle is on scene. This means all emergency vehicles serve as first responders.
The “heavy” hydraulic module has been removed, and the “large” one can now only be used by the RW or AB-TH. The corresponding refunds have been issued. The reason for this is that we don't need 3 modules. A standard rescue tool set, such as the one found on an HLF, is sufficient for all common incidents. For special situations, the heavy set is also available on the RW and AB. This also makes these vehicle types more useful in the game again.
Groups and conditions in the AAO can be sorted.
For groups in the AAO, you can specify whether vehicles should be dispatched by distance or in order.
Turntable ladder no longer displays the hydrant button.

Update News: Changes to the Pause System
Based on your feedback, we've adjusted the pause mode.
From now on, you can pause for free at any time. Once you've paused, you'll be charged the daily fee one more time. This lets us prevent players from abusing this feature while giving you more flexibility.

The air rescue icon can now also be customized by color.
The “Manage AAO” permission is now available for multiplayer.
You can now change the sound for response vehicles.
The settings page for customizing sounds has been updated.
Improved polygon placement on mobile devices (incorrect placement of boundary points)
Dynamic AAO now also offers the option to exclude modules, among other things.
New home page for unregistered users.
The station list now shows the remaining time until an upgrade.
In RescueOS lists, the position should now be retained when reloading.
For patients, the display indicating whether a rescue helicopter is needed was missing.
When a WLF with an AB was moved, the AB remained assigned to the old station, causing it to teleport back.
If you didn't have permission to edit a control center's radius, only a radius was displayed as the area, even when a polygon was configured.
The support button prevented messages from being sent in the chat dialog.
Missing sound file for a radio message.
The link to the player profile for the top 3 spots in the rankings was incorrect.
The profile privacy setting “Friends” also hid the affected data from owners.
The drone was not displayed in the incident overview

Update news: Completion of the new water system
This update brings you the new water system, adding more depth to the existing features.
With our new hose system, you can now plan water distribution precisely in the game. You decide which vehicle gets water from where and which vehicles it supplies. To do this, you now have a “Water” tab in the mission, where you can open the water planning screen.

There is now an AB water module with 10,000 liters of water in the game. So you can now also transport water to the incident site using your roll-off trucks.
The aerial ladder now has to be supplied by a vehicle. It can no longer be connected directly to a hydrant.
The incident probability is now set in the game settings.
Hydrants now supply only 210 liters per outlet, but have 2 outlets. This means a hydrant can supply a total of 420 liters of water.
Fixed minor bugs in water management
Have fun with this update
