This quarter, we want to take the time to improve and expand some existing features, and tidy up RescueOperator a little. We’ve also planned some new modules to make existing mechanics easier.
We’re also carrying over some topics from last quarter that we had already started working on.

The water system has been on our to-do list for a long time. We have our hydrant update planned for July. With this, we plan to do away with procedural generation and use a mix of real hydrant data and hydrants generated just once. So, if we have access to public data on hydrants in a city such as Cologne, you’ll also find hydrants in the game at the real hydrant locations. If that data isn’t available, you’ll find generated hydrants in residential areas and other realistic locations. Compared to how things work now, their locations will always stay the same.
The next step is to let you transfer water from one vehicle to another. This will also allow us to properly supply the aerial ladder.
The association system is fairly extensive. You can already find the first preview videos on this topic on TikTok.
Our dispatch center mode has been with us since our release at the end of 2025. We plan to start the beta in Q3 2026. In this mode, you switch to a dispatch center operator view and have to accept incidents in the form of calls before you can dispatch units to them.
More information about this mode will follow in the coming weeks.
